My Life is Complete

I can remember years back in my adolescence always going to the Dallas Galleria. I especially remember during Christmas time when it's all decorated. The coolest part for me was the little ice rink in the middle. It always looked like so much fun to go ice skating, but I never did. In fact, I never experienced ice skating until after I moved away from Dallas.

Part of the Christmas decorations is a huge artificial Christmas tree that is set up in the middle of the rink. The tree, based on the ground floor reaches all the way up through each of the three floors above. Those who have seen it know it looks really cool. I always wanted to go ice skating at the galleria during Christmas time to skate around the tree.

Last night I finally had the chance to fulfill my mission in life and skated around the Christmas tree (I do not know why I always forget to wear thick socks when ice skating. My ankle is taking it's revenge now). I feel really bad that I did not have a camera on me to take photos. As most of you know, I am terrible about taking photos for many reasons. If I can come across photos later I will post them.

Okay, I just wanted to post something before I hit the road this weekend. As you know, I can't say where I am going, but expect future posts of visiting family ;)
